Alrite...now dis song is superb. At first I tot tt her voice cldn't mk d cut for this kinda song. It's too strong for her smooth clear vocals...BUT if u were to make Beyonce' or Christina or even Alicia Keys to sing it instead, it won't sound as good though. Meaning, with Ashanti singing it...she kinda put in sm pweety 'drama cum lifelike' sound & feelin' into it, which is great! So here's to Her. I had tt song playin' in repeated mode (4 gdness sake!!) last nite while I played dead, & it md me cry aweeabit. Damn, d way both Ashanti & her song sounds which I hv to agree is rather tensed & depressed which led me feelin' d same too as I was listening to it. And it kinda drag me down to my not-so-sweet memory lane...Gosh! I was so glad tt was SO HISTORY. Anywayz, u peeps can go check out her vid which I've uploaded here (2 ur left)...it's good..good!
