*MY REFLECTIONS..*

Yet another decision to be made..........

Wokay since the recent decision hv bn made on which 'Thank-U Post Cards' to choose frm which for the record, I've gn ahead with the 2nd one...thanks to much opinions from some...now I hv to decide on yet another decision. And tt is on where to go for our honeymoon. Seriously, this is so not my thingy..knowing tt I don't leave Singapore much!! However, I hv more ppl askin' me on tt topic more often rather than my wedding preparations & all. So, after many hv been askin' tt same very question, I've made an effort to do some researches myslf with the help of small discussions with Aquarius. Oh ya...also from the research & same opinions I've gotten from those peeps who asked, I realised tt a Honeymoon is not celebrated often & so if there are any...it's better be a well-worth long far-distance one indeed. From tt sentence itself, I immediately started to be concern on how the hell in the world am I gonna survive those long hours flight?! Sighing, lookin' at Aquarius & hving some thoughts frm his side (& to be fair)(&..he's so damn lucky to hv me!!! Period!).....I willingly opt to sacrifice tt (& hopin' tt is worth-it). And so after much researches on top of those other researches...hehehe...I've listed down a few countries for the most-awaited-honeymoon :-

1) Egypt (I love History...so ancient ruins discovery, romantic nile cruise, adventurous desert jeep ride & Mount Sinai Soft Trek is definitely a whole package of everything in one)

2) Eastern Europe (Goin' to different capitals from Berlin-Prague-Krakow-Slovakia-Budapest-Vienna...oh well what more can a person ask ...)

3) Spain & Portugal (Aquarius hv bn talking mch abt it..it's kinda his dream & gettin' to see 2 regions in one trip, I'm not complainin')

4) Turkey (Another plc with lotsa enchanting views, panaromic ancient ruins, what u see in movies are real there, there's winter there, beautiful historical sculptures & bldgs & experiencin' meditterenean villages & way of life - superp indeed best of many civilisations in one)

5) Switzerland (We're both beach ppl...so we're always in sun-sea-beach-resorts kinda holidays...so hving a total different atmosphere is a change...& gettin' our asses on some cold icy snow won't harm either)

6) New Zealand (Farm Stay, Mountains & Snow, One Movie - Lord of the rings, Scenic Train Ride & here's d most applicable of all, Mauri...it's definitely an interest of mine to experience & see Mauri's cultures & life-style)

And there u hv it... A list of my honeymoon destinations which are yet to be decided on. It's ironic tt when u aren't keen on goin' too far & jus to stick with Bali (Well...at first)but came up with one country & another after the researches. Typical! With this I'm hopin' to get some help on deciding which one of the above....plzzzzzzzzzzz! It's not like it's possible to go to all (I Wish!!)

Thank You Postcards..

I was told to choose a template for the above mentioned asap as time is running out fast..as usual. MI Studios emailed me 4 templates to choose from which made me undecided & stuck with especially between the first 2 ones.. Reason : The first one matches well with my wedding theme..even my wedding invitation card matches with it. Then comes the 2nd one...the concept of my original outdoor pic goes kudos with the classical grey one. Well..the other 2 are kinda irritating tome though..haha. Anywayz..I'm still stuck.. Any opinions?

Final meet-up with Jay & Nazarr..

I've met up with Jay & Nazarr yesterday for the finalise sketch of my event's decor. And I hv to say tt I am very amazed with what Jay had come up with....knowing tt my whole dias will be of a huge...& I really mean HUGE butterfly as the background of where i'll be sitting most of time during the event. Plus getting to have a special custom-made chandelier is perfecto, oh ya..not to mention the plenty ribbons & materials in pink & blue from the sides & top of the hall...wow now I can't wait to see it's full completion being done. I've given Jay the green-light to go ahead with what he had proposed but we've yet to decide on which fresh flowers to be used thought. I would prefer to have geberas in purple & pink hues as they are appropriate & last fresh longer. I had a pretty long day @ the salon today to retouch my rebonded hair. Other than that, went out in the evening to shop for chinas @ Ikea juz for the event day too. Btw, thanks to momsie for completing the wedding favours for me. So now since everything's bn done, I'll juz hv to concentrate on my work to finalise & close the accounts while waiting for the arrival of another few more appointments...hmm, there's a paticular one which I really can't wait for. Can't wait to have long tresses!!! Alritey, I'm sleepy...& well i5t's already 4am! Nd to get some rest for another day @ wrk in 6 hrs time & so till then folks...Gd nite & morning!

Juz 19 more days to go...

Darn...I hv only 19 days to go b4 the event....my event tt is. Gosh, I've been kinda pre-occupied with lotsa things to complete. I've juz completed my wedding gifts decoration (gubahan) yesterday so that I can focus & complete work b4 the day arrives. My office is close for CNY till 9th Feb but I started to come in since last Friday to update my work & all b4 I'm gonna get bz for wedding thingys again. So far...so good...I'm so inline with my planned timeline targeted. Even the gifts for my guests (berkat) are all ready in it's gift bag but I'm still waiting for my bears to arrive still...which I'm guessing will reach me by early this week. Lookin' back, I'm kinda amazed on how I've single-handedly prepared & arranged mostly juz about everything. It's such an achievement on my side...personally. I've planned to only hv about 600 pax for invitations but since people keep on requesting for my invitation cards like hotcakes...even after I've finished all 300 cards, I bought extra blank cards. Then I also found out tt Jay & Nazarr made me NOT 300 cards but close to 400 cards actually. Wokay, plus the extra blank cards...now tt's close to 1000 pax liao for the invitations. We're lucky to realise tt earlier to inform the caterer to accomadate to tt quantity. I was called up by Rias Andaman to come for yet another costume fittings appointment since I've lost inches since my last one with them. Now lookin' ahead, I'm assuming tt I'm gonna be all tied-up during the event day as everything's gonna happen on one day. First the Solemnization will be @ 11am..then I've gotta get ready for the bersanding / bertandang / lunch reception & finally rite after, I've to get ready for dinner. Now afterwhich I'm hopin' tt everything's gonna wrap-up by 9.00-9.30pm @ d most. Then....it's relaxation no-stress days for me! Hehe...tt's d most interesting part ya. I've gotten a few more appointments to accomplish b4 everything though. First in line is my appointment with Eric (Hairstylist) for the re-touching of rebonding. Then comes the appointment with yet another hairstylist for hair extension...yup I'm so needing one as it seems lk my hair is not growing fast & long enuff...period! And since tt's gonna happen, I've opted for the natural wavy long hair-length..lk somewhere near waistline. I so can't wait to faking to have tt hair-length. Then comes the manicure & pedicure treatments....& finally henna nite which will be the nite b4 the day itself. Viewing d list I'm having, it's gonna be hectic alrite but I'm sure it's all worth-it! Alritey...got to go liao. Till future updates yall!
